Friends & Supporters of the Monticello Association and
​Family Donors

- The Monticello Association is qualified to be the recipient and/or beneficiary of gifts, estates, trusts, and donations. The Association is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501 c-13 of the Internal Revenue code, and is classified as a non-profit cemetery organization. Financial contributions made to the Association are generally tax deductible.

Specific Projects that could benefit from donations may not all be tax-deductible (consult your Tax Attorney).  Current projects include:

-Historic Preservation & Graveyard Maintenance
-Design and Layout of the newly enclosed section of the Graveyard
​-250th Declaration of Independence Commemoration
